Gabriel Santos is a UEFA Pro Licence head coach currently leading Quevilly-Rouen Métropole (QRM) in Ligue 3. Throughout his coaching career, he has built a strong reputation for developing competitive teams, implementing a clear playing philosophy and maximizing the potential of both experienced professionals and emerging talents.

Before joining QRM, Gabriel managed Aubagne FC, where he guided the club to an outstanding campaign while promoting an ambitious and attractive style of football. His coaching journey also includes valuable experiences within the technical staffs of Red Star FC, SC Bastia, ESTAC Troyes, SM Caen, Gil Vicente FC and Sporting CP, giving him extensive knowledge of both French and international football.

Recognised for his tactical expertise, leadership and player-centred approach, Gabriel places great emphasis on individual development, helping young players make the transition to the professional level while creating a demanding and high-performance environment.

His ability to build cohesive teams, support player development and implement modern tactical principles allows him to adapt to different sporting environments and projects.
