Arthur FILLAUDEAU

Head Coach | Assistant Coach

Arthur Fillaudeau is a French coach whose career has been built around player development, tactical methodology and performance optimisation. Recently admitted to the UEFA Pro Licence course with the Royal Spanish Football Federation for the 2026/27 season, he continues his development in a demanding international environment.

Arthur is currently an Assistant Coach at Las Rozas with the Juvenil U19 team, an experience that forms an integral part of his preparation for the UEFA Pro Licence, which will allow him to coach at the highest level.

Previously, Arthur was Head Coach of Rayo Vallecano C in Madrid, where he was responsible for team management, daily training sessions, match preparation, tactical implementation, video analysis and individual player development.

Before taking on this role, he worked within the Rayo Vallecano academy with the U23, U18 and U15 age groups, contributing to the development and progression of the club’s young players.

His coaching career also took him to Canada with Soccer Outaouais, where he was involved in regional player development and coaching programmes. His previous experiences with EA Guingamp, FC Rezé, the Loire-Atlantique Football District, as well as in various development environments, have enabled him to build strong expertise in player development, talent identification and coach development.

Fluent in French, English and Spanish, Arthur Fillaudeau is open to opportunities in professional football. His modern approach to coaching, experience across different football environments and focus on individual player development allow him to adapt to a variety of sporting projects.
